About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven State Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of concession and standalone retail stores across New South Wales. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing strong Store Managers, and ensuring consistent operational, visual and customer experience standards across all store formats.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring regular store visits, strong stakeholder management and the ability to adapt leadership style across different retail environments.
