About the role
We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising leader to drive the execution of visual standards across a multi-store retail network. This role is hands-on and field-based, responsible for translating visual direction into commercial, inspiring store presentations while coaching and developing store teams and VM partners.
You will play a key role in ensuring visual consistency, elevating store presentation and supporting sales performance through strong visual storytelling and commercial decision-making.
