O‑RAN MAC Development Engineer

to design, develop, and optimize

4G LTE MAC layer

components for an

O‑RAN–based Non‑Terrestrial Network (NTN)

system. The role involves adapting LTE MAC procedures to

satellite‑specific constraints

while ensuring compliance with O‑RAN and 3GPP standards.
Strong experience in

LTE (4G) MAC layer development
Solid understanding of

3GPP LTE protocols :
MAC, RLC, PHY interaction
Proficient in

C/C++ programming

(real‑time or embedded systems)
Experience with

scheduler design , HARQ processes, and RACH procedures
Knowledge of

O‑RAN architecture

and DU software stacks
