Nuclear Design Team Lead - Mechanical

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is looking to hire a Mechanical Design Team Lead. This position requires experienced individuals who are self‑starters and are capable of working independently. The individuals will work in a fast‑paced team environment performing engineering services for Nuclear Power Plants within a matrix organization. For this specific role, the candidate shall have familiarity and experience with OPG/BP practices, standards and procedures and the work be performed following AtkinsRéalis/Candu Energy QA programs, and applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Your role

• Primary interface with OPG/BP Design Team Lead (DTL).
• Demonstrate strong nuclear safety culture using event free tools and technical conscience principles.
• Look for and evaluate OPEX, and share lessons learned with design team for continuous improvement.
