BASIC FUNCTION

The Company Nurse provides medical assistance, first aid, and health monitoring to employees. The role maintains accurate clinic records, supports health-related programs, and ensures proper coordination with HR and other departments regarding employee well‑being and occupational health requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees experiencing illness or injury while at work.
• Administer approved over-the-counter medications in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and adequately stocked clinic area.
• Record and monitor all employee consultations, treatments, and medical concerns while ensuring confidentiality of information.
