Nurse Clinician

The Nurse Clinician is responsible to coordinate, direct, plan and evaluate resident care activities to provide safe, high quality, efficient and cost-effective care to residents and their families. Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and provide clinical guidance and supervision to nurses. Conduct on the job/classroom training and competency assessment. Provide nursing leadership and supervision to the clinical nursing staff and ensure safe and quality resident care. Ensure compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). Evaluate and ensure that nursing practice and nursing care standards are being delivered in accordance with policies, guidelines and procedures.
