Nurse Instructor (RN) - Part Time

Adjunct Clinical Instructor for Practical Nursing Program. The role includes overseeing PN students during clinical rotations and/or leading practical skills lab assignments on campus.





Summary of Major Duties/Responsibilities
+ Engage students with active learning in the lab or clinical setting.
+ Assist and supervise students with patient assessment, administration of medications and patient care procedures.
+ Provide clinical instruction at long term care, sub-acute and acute clinical sites.
+ Create a clinical environment which encourages the student’s academic growth and professional development.
+ Engage in the evaluation processes of the Practical Nursing Program to evaluate students.
+ Submit final grades and other program related materials in a timely manner.
+ Engage on ongoing continuing education related to teaching responsibilities and clinical nursing practice.
+ Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing....
