Nurse

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Renders medical service based on the post assigned monthly. (Verification, Vital, Circulating, and Receiving/Second Station)

 Administers medication and treatment, and other tests.

 Records details, vitals, medical history, and current health of patients.

 Other duties deemed necessary by the Immediate Head.



QUALIFICATIONS:

 A graduate of Nursing (BSN)

 Licensed Nurse

 Must have training, certification, and at least one (1) year experience relevant to the job.

 Good communication skills.

 Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, using MS Word, and MS Excel.
