Nurse Manager (IVF)

We are looking for a Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations within our IVF centre, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across all fertility services. The role manages the nursing team, supports clinical governance, and works closely with doctors, embryologists, and operations teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team across IVF, IUI, and fertility treatment services
• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing rosters, and manpower planning
• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, infection control standards, and internal clinical protocols
• Support doctors and embryologists in treatment coordination, patient flow, and procedural readiness
