As a Nurse Manager (Emergency Setting), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist Nursing Director in ensuring smooth daily functions.
• Attend and assist in dispute cases promptly.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement project.
• Review & ensure compliance to regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Support in nurse recruitment activities such as sourcing, interview, shortlisting, performance review and etc.
• In-charge of reporting to senior management.
• Involve in the implementation of nursing KPI.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
• Prior working experience in inpatient setting is advantageous.
