+ A member of the Columbus Regional Health Physicians team, OB/GYN Associates of Columbus, is a fast-paced practice with 8 providers and averages 80 patients a day.

+ OB/GYN Associates of Columbus treats women throughout all stages of their life.

+ The Nurse Navigator coordinates and manages care to meet multiple needs of clients, ensures continuity of services, provides emotional support and patient education and overcomes fragmentation of care and services.

+ The main goals of the Nurse Navigator are to guide and support the patient and his/her family throughout the duration of their time in the program.

+ The Nurse Navigator develops long-term relationships with patients and coordinates care in all settings across the continuum.
