In this role, you will work with patients, providers, and plan sponsors to address patients' health needs. You will use communication and available resources to promote quality, cost-effective outcomes through telephonic medical management.
**Skills Required:**
Excellent telephonic communication skills
Typing speed of 35+ words per minute with minimal errors
Strong computer skills; technical proficiency will be assessed during the interview process
Ability to multitask, including simultaneous talking and typing
Ability to follow multi-step processes and decision-making flowcharts
