**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Medical Assistance**

+ Provide **first aid and basic medical care** to employees in case of illness or injury.
+ Assess and monitor employees’ health conditions and recommend appropriate medical action when necessary.
+ Maintain and organize **medical supplies and equipment** in the clinic.

**Health Monitoring**

+ Conduct **regular health checks and monitoring** for employees.
+ Assist in the coordination of **annual medical examinations (APE)** and other health-related activities.
+ Monitor employees who are returning to work after illness or injury.

**Health & Safety Programs**

+ Support the implementation of **workplace health and safety programs** .
+ Assist in conducting health awareness activities and wellness campaigns.
+ Ensure compliance with **occupational health and safety regulations** .
