Nurse

The Mall Nurse works within a company to improve safety and to address health concerns among employees, tenants, customers. She assesses and determines the health status of the employees. She also conducts regular inventory of medical supplies and prepare requisition necessary to ensure availability at all times.

Responsibilities:

• To provide medical assessments based on medical records, conducted physical examination and laboratory test results.
• To recommend healthcare programs or events for assigned mall/office-based employees.
• To maintain a systematic filing of medical and health records of employees; and, to prepare and submit visitation, incident, consultation, treatment and emergency medical reports.

Requirements :

• A Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least three (3) years of nursing experience.
