Nurse Practitioner – Residential Aged Care | Dubbo & Surrounds (NSW)
We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services to residents in Aged Care Facilities across Dubbo, Condobolin, Mudgee, and Orange. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple communities, with travel time and mileage fully reimbursed.

About the Role:
You’ll work autonomously while collaborating with GPs and the Senior Medical Officer to deliver high-quality care to aged care residents across several facilities. You’ll conduct clinical reviews, coordinate care plans, and ensure continuity across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regular visits to RACFs across Dubbo, Condobolin, Mudgee & Orange
• Conduct assessments, implement care plans, and perform follow-ups
