Responsibilities


+ Assist in the daily operations of the occupational health clinic, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met.

+ Diagnose, treat, and medically manage work-related injuries and illnesses for employees.

+ Perform routine medical surveillance, physical examinations, and case reviews for exposure-related programs such as asbestos, heavy metals, environmental toxins, noise, DOT, Fire Brigade, etc.

+ Provide supervision and clinical guidance to Nurse Practitioners, delegating tasks appropriately based on skill and scope of practice.

+ Ensure adequate staffing, assist with scheduling, and monitor patient flow and triage efficiency in collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor.
