Nurse Practitioner, Heart Institute - CT Surgery

JOB SUMMARY:

The Nurse Practitioner, Heart Institute will collaborate with the multidisciplinary Heart Institute team to provide individualized patient care for infants and children with the most complex pediatric congenital heart conditions, including but not limited to single ventricle and pulmonary hypertension physiology. Individualized patient care duties will include history and physical assessment, ordering and interpretation of diagnostic tests, medication ordering, prescribing, and management, interdisciplinary care coordination, and patient and family education.
