About the Job: Join the Canadian Mental Health Association Team to become a Family Care Coordinator today! The Nurse Practitioner  is responsible to provide initial and ongoing assessment, treatment and evaluation for clients referred to CMHA. Maintain patient care standards according to the College of Nurses of Ontario standards of practice for Registered Nurses in the Extended Class. 
Who is CMHA? Canadian Mental Health Association – Thunder Bay Branch is a non-profit organization committed to supporting individual recovery and promoting mental wellness within families and communities throughout northwestern Ontario. 
Prior Details: Temporary Part-Time – 1 Vacancy 35 Hours Biweekly 
Starting Rate: $59.26/hour 
This position is within OPSEU Local 720 Bargaining Unit
