Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care Opportunity

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy Primary Care practice located in Livonia, Michigan.

Our Schoolcraft Campus Primary Care location is dedicated to providing quality medical care to our patients and lifelong care for their families. The practice has also been designated a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their family (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.

The schedule for this full-time opportunity is a traditional workweek, Monday - Friday, and may include early morning, late evening, and rotating weekend shifts to increase patient access.
