About the Nurse Practitioner Team

The Nurse Practitioner team at STC provides low-barrier addictions medicine care to individuals with substance use disorders in a variety of settings, including virtually through the Digital Front Door program (DFD), within Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinics (Guelph and Fergus), through in-home withdrawal support alongside the Community Withdrawal Support Services (CWSS) team, and in a residential withdrawal management setting through the Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN - Midtown location).
