**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative APP to join our Hematology/Oncology team in Lancaster, PA. This position focuses on the evaluation and management of patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions in the outpatient setting. The APP will work closely with hematology/oncology physicians and interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. The provider may also see patients at Lancaster Medical Center (LMC) as part of a referral service in collaboration with a supervising physician.
