We are excited to announce an opening for a Nurse Practitioner Traveler . As a Nurse Practitioner Traveler is responsible for providing continuing and comprehensive medical care and health maintenance to senior-age patients. IMA's Nurse Practitioner traveler exercises outstanding diagnostic services, cares for the patients, and provides them with appropriate healthcare services that meet state and national standards of care. Additionally, this person is also responsible for conducting comprehensive annual health assessments. These health assessments will involve closing quality care gaps, identification and documentation of chronic medical conditions, and education and counseling of patients regarding their conditions and lifestyle improvement.
