The salary range for this position is CAD $74.48/Hr. – CAD $81.93/Hr.

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the UBC Movement Disorders Clinic, a specialized sub-specialty clinic providing comprehensive care for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, and other neurodegenerative movement disorders.

In this role, you’ll conduct follow-up visits, including through Telehealth, to improve accessibility and continuity of care. You’ll provide patient and family education on disease management, monitor treatment progress, and offer outreach support to clinicians and physicians involved in care.
