This role will mentor clinicians in research and scholarly work, support study design and dissemination, and contribute to building a robust nursing research infrastructure. The Nurse Scientist provides scientific, methodological, and scholarly expertise to advance nursing research, evidence-based practice (EBP), and innovation across the organization. The role focuses on design, mentorship, analysis, dissemination, and translation of new knowledge into practice, aligned with organizational priorities and Magnet expectations.
