The CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey offers medical-social services, social and professional integration assistance responding to the needs of its mission, which is to promote home care, autonomy, and social inclusion by providing individualized support in each of its 5 sites and its nearly 560 beneficiaries across the 16 municipalities in the region. We are looking for our Sion site for a: Nurse (100%) Your mission: You will assess home care needs and take on a reference role by demonstrating leadership skills in decision-making. You will provide medical-technical nursing care and actively participate in the dynamics of your area of expertise in nursing (Bachelor's degree or equivalent). Experience of at least 2 years. Ability to listen and work independently. Aptitude for collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. Ability to use common tools. Driver's license and vehicle are essential.
