The Department of Neurological Surgery is currently seeking a full time Nurse Specialist to work in Miami, FL. The Nurse Specialist assesses a healthcare facility's nursing practice and its impact on patient outcomes. Moreover, the incumbent provides direction to nursing staff in the delivery of patient care programs, and acts as a change agent, mentor, and leader.
