Job Description
Position: You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care.
This role involves working closely with the nursing leadership team to identify training needs, develop curricula, and deliver training sessions.
Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver training programs for nursing staff, including orientation programs for new hires, continuing education, and specialty training.
Assess the training needs of nursing staff through surveys, interviews, and performance assessments.
Design and update training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.
Conduct training sessions using various instructional methods, such as lectures, hands-on demonstrations, and e-learning.
