Nurse Unit Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and experienced clinician to join the management team at a private hospital located in an inner-western suburb of Wollongong. It is a full-time permanent position. As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be taking on a key leadership role within the Medical and Rehab Ward. ROLE OVERVIEW You'll be working closely with the clinical team to ensure the efficient management of staff and resources. This will be with the overall goal of ensuring excellence in care delivery in line with policies and procedures and best practices. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, you'll mentor and lead a passionate team of nurses and clinical support staff. This role is a good fit for someone who helps others succeed.
