As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be taking on a key leadership role within our 20-bed Medical Ward, working closely with the clinical team to ensure the efficient management of staff and resources with the overall goal of ensuring excellence in care delivery in line with policies and procedures and best practice. Reporting into the Director of Clinical Services, you will be mentoring and leading a passionate team of nurses and clinical support staff, so this role will suit an individual driven to help others succeed. Current registration with AHPRA;

Minimum of five (5) years' post-graduate nursing experience;

Proven knowledge as a senior nurse or manager;
