In Wantage this lovely Nursery are seeking an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager supporting the management team in the day to day running of the setting. Based on 40 hrs a week, but the client can be flexible 4 full days or reduced hours, salary is c£35k depending on experience and working hours.

Requirements

What our Clients are looking for ​Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role
A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
A minimum 3 years’ experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting.
Has experience of being in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices
Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting.
