Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations in the trial sites , including meeting daily targets based on irrigation, maintenance, husbandry, IPM and general housekeeping of the trial sites
• Grow quality plants in the trial sites for data analyses
• Collect and analyze data on plant growth, pest resistance, and yield performance
• Prepare detailed reports on research findings, including statistical analysis and visual presentations
• Assist in the propagation, planting, and maintenance of berry crops in the greenhouses, nursery and clean stock facility
• Assist with the inventory management of nursery supplies and equipment
• Attend weekly production meetings and provide feedback when required
