Nursery/Early Years (EYFS)

We are seeking an Early Years Teacher to begin work at a school situated very near to Chorleywood, Hertfordshire. The school is in need somebody to begin a permanent contract from September 2024, on a full-time basis.

The school is very small, with one-from entry, mixed classes so the selected candidate would need to have a sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum in order to be able to work with this mixed ability Nursery/Reception class. Ideally, the school is currently looking for an NQT, as currently, all staff members are very experienced and could help somebody build the foundations to a really excellent teaching career.

The current Nursery/Reception teacher is in her second year of teaching and begun her career with the school. The school would like to stress that the position has not arisen through the current teacher leaving for any other reason other than that she is relocating. Staff turnover, generally speaking, is usually very low at this school.
