About Us
Metta Home for the Disabled and Metta Home Day Activity Centre (慈光乐陶苑及智障日间活动中心) provide long-term residential and day care services for adults aged 18–55 with intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to equip them with essential life skills, enhance independence, and support social integration through holistic and compassionate care.

Your Role
As a Nursing Aide, you will support daily care needs, assist with medical routines, and help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care & Support

• Dispense medication and assist with dressing wounds
• Conduct routine checks for hypertension and diabetes
• Maintain residents' personal hygiene and grooming
• Supervise Health Attendants and assist with ADLs
• Monitor eating habits and provide feeding/toilet training when needed
