Nursing Assistant and Unit Secretary - Progressive Care Unit -Evening/Night

Part Time (24 Hours Biweekly)

Shift: Evening/Night (7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.)

One weekend shift per six-week schedule.

The progressive care (PCU) unit is a 9-bed unit providing care to patients requiring medical and surgical progressive care. The patient population consists of patients with acute lung disease processes requiring BiPAP; those with atrial arrythmias needing IV anti-arrhythmic medications; DKA patients on insulin drips; post VATS patients needing chest tube management; alcohol withdraw patients on Precedex drips; and post PCI patients. The PCU team is a close-knit, cohesive team who are passionately committed to promoting a positive work environment and providing excellent care to our community!
