Job Description

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Nursing Assistant for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) department at Morristwon Medical Center, working varied shifts including every 4th weekend.


Minimum Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

    • Minimum Experience:

  • 1+ years of Nursing Assistant Experience strongly preferred

    • License/Certification:

  • CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
  • BLS preferred 

    • Essential Function/Responsibilities:

  • Supporting nursing personnel in providing direct patient care
  • Assisting patients with daily activities
  • Measuring and recording vital signs
  • Administering basic treatments
  • Helping to ensure a safe care environment
  • Continuous rounding throughout shift to ensure patient and family needs are met
