Instructor Qualifications – BSN, Registered Nurse (RN):

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license
• Must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
• No master's degree required, but willingness to pursue graduate studies is preferred
• With at least 1–2 years of clinical experience in hospital or community settings
• Preferably with experience in clinical instruction, skills lab facilitation, or academic teaching
• Must possess strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills
• Committed to upholding academic integrity, student learning, and professional development
