This role includes leadership, training, scheduling, and operational management, while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and promoting a professional nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Nursing Management
Analyze, upgrade, and implement management systems for clinical nursing staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to hospital standards.
Policy & Coordination
Participate in all scheduled meetings
Training & Development
Responsible for establishing and managing training and development of clinical nursing staff.
