Nursing Specialist | $40/Hr Remote

Responsibilities
Annotate, review, and validate healthcare data for AI model training.
Collaborate with engineers and clinical experts to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs and identify gaps in patient care representation.
Translate complex medical information into clear, structured language.
Stay updated on current nursing practices, policies, and healthcare standards.
Develop realistic patient scenarios and care pathways for training datasets.
Contribute insights and improvements during team collaboration sessions.
Requirements
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent qualification.
Strong experience in patient care and clinical assessment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting medical information.
Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
Familiarity with digital tools and commitment to data confidentiality.
