Job Summary
As a Student Nurse, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Inviva Coordination Centre and Operations team. This role supports the efficient handling of patient documentation, file management, and day-to-day operational activities while ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with internal processes and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collect and sort documentation from fax machines for appropriate Patient Care Representatives
Assist with distributing and faxing key documentation to customers and stakeholders
Organize and prepare patient files for offsite storage
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (both physical and electronic)
Provide phone support to the Coordination Centre team as needed
