Nursing Unit Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Nursing Unit Manager to lead and manage nursing operations within the assigned unit.

The Nursing Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing patient care delivery, supporting physicians, guiding nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage teams while ensuring compassionate, high-quality patient care.

This role plays a key part in developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans, as well as addressing the current and future medical needs of patients   Responsibilities   Patient Care & Clinical Oversight – Ensure high-quality patient care by maintaining nursing standards, overseeing care delivery, reviewing patient care plans, coordinating services, and communicating effectively with patients and their families.
