Nurturing Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated childcare professional to provide one-to-one care and early learning in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a daily teaching plan tailored to the child's needs, with an emphasis on speech play-based learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing individualized lesson plans that cater to the child's unique needs
• Creating a structured routine focused on language development, literacy skills, and emotional intelligence

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years experience working with children aged 0-5 years old in a nanny or educator role
  
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  
• Possess excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with families
