What You'll Do:
Participate in service delivery engagements and work closely with customer IT teams, both onsite and remotely, serving as a key contributor for Nutanix product implementation, administration, and operations.
Understand and align with customers' short- and long-term IT objectives, OLAs, and operational requirements, ensuring day-to-day activities support these goals.
