Responsibilities

The Nutri Store Baker (Brgy. Mercedes, Zamboanga City) will be responsible for preparing breads, cookies, and other baked products according to standard recipes, monitoring baking processes, maintaining sanitation, managing inventory, and ensuring products meet presentation, taste, and texture standards before release.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational course in bread and pastry production
• Proven 1-3 years of experience as baker or “hornero”
• A certified TESDA NCII - Bread and Pastry Preparation is an advantage
