Job Description
Perform research, develop training materials and support in execution of the training programme to ABOs and staff. (Physical/virtual/hybrid training)
Design, develop, execute and monitor all training and development initiatives which are in line with company directions and KPIs, including eLearning.
Collaborate with different stakeholders including Marketing/Sales/HR team to drive effective integration and implementation of training.
Manage training schedule and ensure that all training is conducted on time with sufficient resources and facilities.
Conduct workshop briefing to ABO contract trainers when necessary, supervising contract trainer’s training performance and auditing contract trainer’s training delivery periodically.
Plan and manage training/project expenses allocation and ensure spending is within established and approved budget.
