The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Nutrition or Dietary Technician student to support a key short-term project focused on allergens, Nutrition Facts Tables, and CFIA compliance. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in regulatory nutrition within an innovative and growing company.

What You’ll Do

• Review and validate Nutrition Facts Tables
• Identify and document priority allergens
• Support CFIA labeling and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams
