Nutritionist Dietitian

The Registered Nutritionist–Dietitian is responsible for promoting and managing optimal health through nutrition assessment, counseling, and education. The role involves assessing patients’ nutritional and health needs, developing individualized diet plans, and providing evidence-based nutrition advice to support healthy lifestyles and the achievement of specific health-related goals.

Nutrition Counseling and Weight Loss Programs

• Conduct nutritional assessments through interview-administered or self-administered food recalls and dietary diaries.
• Compute and prepare individualized diet prescriptions based on assessment results and patient goals.
• Provide nutrition counseling to patients enrolled in weight loss and wellness programs under supervision when necessary.
