Position summary:
This position is responsible to achieve sales quotas within an assigned group of customers and to increase Stryker’s presence in the market through leveraging resources in the assigned territory.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement sales activities and support local marketing activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal.
Support (Associate) Business Manager to formulate the sales plan and activities in accordance with local strategy, and identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth.
Maintain a close network of cooperative relationships with business partners (dealers), customers and key stakeholders. Develop and maintain a key account information system to support & monitor performance of dealers
Negotiates customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy
