Multi Logistics Network Private Limited is hiring an NVOCC Operations Executive who can manage end-to-end import & export operations, container inventory, and smooth coordination with ports/terminals and overseas agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle export & import shipments (booking till delivery)
Coordinate with shipping lines, terminals, depots & transporters
Manage container inventory and movement tracking
Prepare operational documentation (HBL, SI, BL drafts, arrival notice, etc.)
Strong follow-up with ports/terminals for gate-in/out & operational issues
Monitor demurrage & detention and ensure timely execution
Coordinate with overseas agents and provide customer updates
Requirements:
1–3 years experience in NVOCC / Freight Forwarding Operations
Good knowledge of Karachi Port & terminal procedures
