This is an exciting opportunity for a finance-focused attorney to work on sophisticated transactions in a dynamic and growing office.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

• Active Bar Admission in New York.

• 3–5 years of substantive experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structuring and documenting collateralized loan obligation transactions.

• Demonstrated experience with acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities.
