**At Syncrolift, we design and deliver the world’s most advanced ship-lifting systems. We’re not just lifting ships, we also design transfer systems for moving ships into land or service. Now we’re looking for a Senior Design Engineer who will in 1-2 years have a lead role designing shiplifts and transfer systems.**:
This is a hands-on engineering role with global reach. You’ll work in a lean, agile team with high responsibility, from concept to completion — and sometimes, all the way to the dock.
**What You’ll Do**
- Design big, heavy, clever things: large mechanical structures and machines for shipyards
- Create 2D/3D models, drawings, and technical documentation
- Crunch numbers with both CAD and classic calculations
- Collaborate across teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to spec
- Join design reviews and provide guidance to junior engineers
- Think, test, and improve — we're always learning and upgrading
